Course Objective | It is aimed to teach the theoretical context of the HR functions and to maket he students gain the necessary knowledge and skills to implement HR functions and analyze HRM activities in health organizations. |
Course Content | In this course,the issues related with HR functions in health organisations like the emergence of human resource management, job analysis, HR planning, HR recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, career, job evaluation and wage mangement take part. |
