To develop artistic research projects with an interdisciplinary approach.

Week Course Topics Preliminary Preparation
1 Explaining graduation project subjects. Getting information on student's earlier research and projects and directing them to appropriate resources.
2 Providing critiques on student's earlier projects. Query on difficulties of probable research topics. Informing students on main difficulties about selecting materials.
3 Providing feedback on sketches and drawings about the project. Asking for a mind map.
4 Evaluation of mind maps. Directing students to appropriate resources. Discussions on adequate title and content of the project.
5 Students present the dossier that contains sketches, theoretical text on relevant themes and the time schedule of the project.
6 Evaluation of the dossier and providing critiques and engaging on discussions on the content of student's dossier. (First evaluation, quiz) According to the outcome, explaining students how they can progress with their design.
7 Starting the models. Control of the progress of models if they progress according to drawings.
8 Discussions on technical problems while realising the final work. Drawings of final installation.
9 Within this week students have to determine the materials and the methods that will be used in the project. drawings, models and simulation of the final installation are delivered.
10 The mid-term evaluation.
11 According to drawings and models the problems are defined. The method and the materials are determined and the final application is done.
12 The applied project is documented through video or photography and they are added to the "graduation project dossier".
13 Dossiers are delivered.
14 The applied project is installed and presented. The work is evaluated according to technical, aesthetic and theoretical criteria.
