Course Objective | The objective of this course is to scrutinize the theoretical and practical understanding regarding the first part of the general provisions of the Turkish law of obligations. The course focuses mainly on the law of contracts and especially on formation of contracts, authority of agents, validity issues, interpretation and content of contracts, performance and remedies in case of non-performance. |
Course Content | In this course Code of Obligations systematic, the sources of debt and debt relations, types of rights, the concept of responsibility, debt relations resources, legal proceedings and in particular the contractual obligations, Control of standard contract terms representation, contracts nature and types, connecting it with the establishment of the terms and results, its adaptation to the changing conditions will be studied. Beside these the performance of loans, debts failure to perform, the results of termination of obligations and grounds for the termination of obligations will be considered. |
