Course Objective

Types and characteristics of international treaties will be explained. Then the process in which Turkey becomes party to an international treaty will be examined. The main part of the course is to focus on the examination of the international treaties that Turkey is party to.

Course Content

The types of international treaties, the legislation on Turkey’s becoming party to an international treaty and the international treaties in which Turkey is a party constitute the content of this course.
