Course Objective Examining the socio-psychological aspects and behavioral patterns of public personnel.
Course Content Field of administrative psychology, psychological problems in administration, managing of human resources, recruiting and education of personnel, grouping and group psychology, relations between administration and environment will be analyzed in this course.
