Course Objective The objective is this course is to provide graduate students full information to write a scientific research paper, read and understand the research and review papers.
Course Content 1.Exploring scientific terminology used in food science and engineering area, translation from Turkish to English or from English to Turkish
2.The academic requirements to write each part of a scientific research paper 3.Searching, reading and understanging of scientific papers
4. Preparation of review paper
5. Preparation of proceedings (abtract and full text)
6. Preparation of scientific presentation (oral/poster)
