This course aims to give basic knowledge about research methodologies and provide the necessary background for students on technical communication and report writing 

Course Content

This course gives basic knowledge about principles of technical style, organizing and outlining, formatting, mechanical elements, research and documentation, and effective writing and communication as elements of technical communication and report writing.

1 To have sufficient foundations on engineering subjects such as science and discrete mathematics, probability/statistics; an ability to use theoretical and applied knowledge of these subjects together for engineering solutions.
