The aim of this course is to introduce basic objectives of Organization, Organizations Climate and Culture and Organizational Behaviour

Course Content

Development administrative and organizational behavior ,the theories of administrative and organizational behavior, analysis of personality and differences of personality the groups in organization, organization culture, beliefs, behaviours and attitudes in organization and measurement of attitudes, the concepts of climate and culture, types of organizational climate, organizational significance of organizational climate and culture, relationship between quality and organization, adaptation of workers, management theories and organizational behavior, assesment personality differences and types, management of team ın organization.
