Course Objective The aim of the course is to investigate the organic link between the EU and the Balkans region, to examine the objectives and the interests of the EU and the Balkan countries in developing relationships with each other and to prepare the basis for understanding and analyzing EU relations with the Balkan countries.
Course Content Firstly, the relations between the Balkan countries and EU / individual EU member states will be examined. Secondly, the EU´s policy towards the countries of the Balkan region and the region will be examined.
