Course Objective | The purpose of the course is to enable students to communicate more effectively in the work place. Each unit of the course focuses on a particular theme in the business world so that students can build their vocabulary and confidence in speaking over a variety of topics. The discussions, readings, listening exercises, and videos presented in each topic encourage the students to use the acquired language skills actively. |
Course Content | The course contains business administration, economics and international trade topics such as customer service, sales, logistics and so on. Each theme is presented with a background in the context of real-life situations, communication skills, vocabulary relative to the theme, grammar, and a case study or video. |
