Course Objective | The aim of this lesson is to learn the basic concepts and institutions related to the health care law, to know the rights of patients and health employees, to grasp medical intervention the requirements of lawfulness, having to knowledge about the legal responsibilities of health employees, having information about faulty medical practices and to teach legal sanctions in case of violations. |
Course Content | The consists of the this course, the basic concepts and institutions of the health care law,health legislation,patient rights, the rights and responsibilities of health employees, organ and tissue transplantation, clinical researchs, medical intervention in terms of legality, the physician and the patient´s obligations, the relationship between patient and physician, responsibilities and compensation for malpractice,medical criminal justice and resources and organization. |
