Course Objective

To gain the necessary knowledge and skills for the implementation of the HRM functions.

Course Content

In this course the HR functions like career planning, job evaluation, reward management and issues like HR information systems,international HRM, adopting the staff to worklife and strategic HRM will be discussed.
