Analyze and juridical features of Tanzimat Edict. Efforts of codification in the Tanzimat Edict Era. Islahat Fermanı (Reform Edict). Reaction to Tanzimat. Establishment of political organizations. Passing to administration of Constitutional Monarchy. Re-structuring efforts in the Constitutional Monarchy Era.
