Course Objective | This course aims to teach the methods of how to deduce the legal statements from the Qur’an, to examine the modern day’s commentary scholars’ legal statement deduction methods, to introduce the primary and necessary sources. |
Course Content | In this course the different topics from classical Ahkam Exegesis are being read. The different commentaries of different scholars are being comparatively discussed. |
