Course Objective

To have the knowledge about the Classis Aves which is one of the most active and observable groups of the world ecosystem and to use them at the graduate level.

Course Content

General morphological and anatomical features of Aves class,  basic behaviors, 
Important characters in classifying distributions and classification basics, Information about the families, species and species of the classis Aves  together with the species identification key, migration and conservation status of bird species living in Turkey.
