Course Objective Separation methods in analytical chemistry analysis methods sometimes, and sometimes in pre-processing is a broad way. Chemical analysis is used to solve the problem how to effectively teach analytical separation techniques.
Course Content Separation, identification, criters, separation used in analytical chemistry. Real sample analysis, preparation of samples, separation using precipitation, separation using ion-exchange,separation using distillation,separation with extraction and its types, types of chromatography and it?s applications.
