Course Objective | Participatory banks that show rapid growth in Turkey and in the world differ from traditional banks in terms of their foundations and operational process that they depend on. Participatory banks that are an increasing need for employees equipped with a participatory banking outlook having been carrying out education programs to prepare their employees for this new type of banking. By taking this course, our students will have an advantage to find a job in this field and extend their opportunities for work. |
