Dersin Amacı

The aim of the course is to learn the advanced subjects of thermodynamics, heat transfer and to get knowledge about fundamental production processes like Chemical, Mechanical and physical processes. Additionally, the students gain some information about specific production methods and their interactive relations, which will be necessary to know for their thesis work.

Dersin İçeriği

Fundamental Subjects of Processing, Mechanical processes; grinding and milling, classification, disperse systems and particle dimensions measuring methods. Thermal Processes; evaporation, distillation, absorption, adsorption and extraction. Chemical processes; reactions and reactors, combined energy and mass balance equations for process operations.
