Dersin Amacı

Since the beginning of organic molecules in the biological environment to accumulate information about the behavior of the structure-activity relationships of concepts increasingly gained importance and it has now become a desirable and sought work in scientific publications.
  In this context, it synthesized make predictions about having to show what kind of biological activity of new molecules, is to gain the ability to make a comment about the relationship between the activities in which the organic molecules.

Dersin İçeriği

Structure activity relationship; Screening and identification of biologically active organic molecules; The functional groups at organic compounds showing activity and effect mechanisms of these groups; Biological effects of screening method; Chemical variation method; Screening of various publications in the literature in recent years and investigation of structure-activity relationships in these publications.
