Dersin Amacı
The class will support Human resources Information Systems planning, design and implementation processes. The class also contribute to design more flexible, efficient and sufficient Human Resources Information Systems. Technical and functional aspects of existing Human Resources Information Systems will be investigated and in business enviornments the utilization of such technologies will be investigated. The strong and weak sides of existing Human Resources Information Sytems will be discussed. Students will be knowledgeable on bfundamental technologies, methods, resources and criteria in the process of implementing Human Resources ınformation Systems for existing requirements of human resources function.

To acquire knowledge on human resources function, human resources information systems, technologies for human resources information systems, acquiring the systems, technologies for human resources information systems, human resources databases, purchasing the systems or development of the systems in house, get insights of job analysis, human resources analysis, international dimensions of human resources management, future expectations and insight of human resources information systems

1 Acquire necessary knowledge in the fields of production,finance, human resources and management and organisation which are the fundamental functions of an enterprise X

12 Analyse the needs for an information systems and have control over the processes at the analysis, design and implementation stages of the database that belongs to the system X
13 Have the conscioussness of social responsibility and understand and practice theprofessional, legal and ethical values in information field X
14 Have a wide acquaintance with managerial/functional applications of enterprise information systems X
