The main task of health institutions managers is to plan, organize, direct and supervise health services in a way that meets the health needs of the society. In order for healthcare managers to perform this basic task, especially hospital managers, they should have knowledge about the concept of health and environmental factors affecting the health level of the society and the individual. This course aims to teach the concepts of health and healthy people, environment and healthy environment. In addition, it is aimed to make students aware of the relationship between environmental and environmental pollution problems and the importance of individual and social health and to inform them about environmental health problems.
This course will provide information about the relationship between health and environment.
