Dersin İçeriği The content of this course, strength, power, and endurance of muscles, muscle metabolic systems in exercise, nutrients used during muscle activity, effect of athletic training on muscles and muscle performance, respiration in exercise, blood gases during exercise, cardiovascular system in exercise, work output, oxygen consumption, and cardiac output during exercise, role of stroke volume and heart rate in increasing the cardiac output, effect of heart disease and old age on athletic performance, body heat in exercise, body fluids and salt in exercise, drugs and athletes, body fitness.
