Elaborating the individual application to the Constitutional Court as a subfield of Constitutional Law.

The purpose of the constitutional complaint is to eliminate violations of fundamental rights and freedoms. In our country, the constitutional complaint institution was accepted under the name of "Individual Application" with the changes made in the 1982 Constitution in 2010. The purpose of the acceptance of the individual application is to reduce the number of applications made to the European Court of Human Rights. In this course, the scope of the constitutional complaint in our country, the application conditions, important individual application decisions, and the effects and consequences of the decisions made as a result of individual application will be examined.
