To have knowledge about data protection law, which is increasingly important today.
Dersin İçeriği

In Data Protection Law course, the national and supra-national texts that will be available in European system will be examined starting from the historical emergence of the data protection law, which has become increasingly important today. In this regard, it is aimed to deal with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), that is the focus of the European Data Protection Reform in detail. The Personal Data Protection Act No. 6698 in Turkey is the basis for comparison with European data protection system also constitutes one of the important topics of the course.
