Course Objective | It is aimed to understand career development at the individual and organizational perspectives and to establish the relation between theoretical and practice sides of career development. According to this main aim; it is aimed to understenad the importance of career development in the HRM system for managing and developing HR efficiently.Therefore, it is really important to benhmark different cases of career planning and career management practices and make a relation with the other HRM functions. |
Course Content | Career management and its conceptual framework, career management process as the organisational dimension of career development, its tools and applications, career stages of the employees, career problems and the solutions will be discussed. |
