Dersin Amacı | The general objective of this course is to povide students with history of Turkish constitutionalism; periode of written constitution; general principles of 1876, 1921,1961 constitutions, the 1982 constitution; preperation of constitution of 1982 and its chenges; general provisions; the structure of the Republic; structure of the government of 1982 Constitution; fundamental rights and duties ; separation of power; legislative, executive and judicial powers in 1982 Constitution. |
