Dersin Amacı The objective of this course is to analyze political thoughts which have been produced in Western world following Ancient Greek political thought and from French Revolution to the end of 19th century.In this framework, concepts such as liberalism, democracy and emergence of socialism will be taken into consideration in terms of modernity.

1 To research the functions, basic concepts and features of the international system; to learn the basic knowledge about the sub-topics of the international relations discipline.
