Dersin Amacı

The history, social and economic consequences of HRM and transferability of the best practices in Turkish HRM system will be discussed in terms of different countries and multinational companies.

Analysing HRM systems, actors in employment relations and their historical development, collective bargaining applications and comparing with Turkish HRM system.
