Dersin Amacı | The aim of the course is to provide the basic understanding of the individual work relationship between workers and employers within the scope of the employment contract. |
Dersin İçeriği | It is the branch of law in which the mutual relations of workers with their employers are regulated on an individual level. Within the scope of Individual Labor Law, the concept of employment contract, types of employment contracts, establishment of employment contract, mutual rights and debts of workers and employers arising from the contract, suspension of the employment contract, termination, employment security, severance indemnity, other consequences of the termination of the employment contract working and rest periods), occupational health and safety, employment and job mediation, job inspection and enforcement of public sanctions. |
