Dersin Amacı | Lattice dynamics investigate motions of atoms in crystal. Heat capacity, thermal conduction and thermal expansion are related to phonons. Moreover lattice dynamics is very important for electron-phonon interaction and superconductivity. Therefore the aim of this lecture is to instruct master and phD students about phonon structure of solids and to help them in research. |
