To Put forward the change to which the Ottoman İnstitutions was exposed in the dynamics of change.
Dersin İçeriği
The Institutional changes done in the Ottoman Empire from the stage of the foundation of the Empire until the ripenin stage will be covered. Institutions, as of the first period will be determined according to their functions, and will be elaborated on their gaining and losing those functions.
