The aim of this course is evaluation of political parties of the Ottoman Empire in the modern age. The course particularly focus on political and cultural changes of among high executive elites of the empire.

1 He has top level knowledge and ability supported by textbooks including current knowledge, practicing devices and instruments as well as the other scientific sources related with auxiliary sciences for history; he uses these knowledge and abilities in his career and researches X
2 He analyzes and evaluates the concepts, idea and data related with history discipline by means of research methods in social sciences’, diagnoses, analyzes and discusses unknown (not studied) subjects, offers proposals based on scientific findings and evidences related with these subjects. X
3 He informs experts or uninformed person related with history discipline, expresses clearly his ideas about his findings to them both written and orally X
4 He has the abilities of critical, creative thinking and analyzing by means of history methodology, makes independent and collective works related with studies in his field. X
5 He takes responsibility and tries to generate solution on the subjects which have not brightened due to deficiency in historical information and data X
6 He knows interest, request and demands of researchers in his field, familiarizes socio-cultural and economic characteristics of his environment; arranges, executes and governs teaching and learning processes befitting these characteristics.
