The main aim of this course is to teach why Europe have interest the geography of Near East.

The term and border of Near East, the geopolitics position of this geography, social and economic movements after the Industrial Revolution and Near East, Colonialism in 19. Century and the effects of colonialism to relations and foundation of different blocks. The developments until the World War I. The reconstruction of Near East after World War and Europe.
