Dersin Amacı
The aim of this course is to give a broad account of enzymology. The ultimate goal of the course is to point out the crucial role that enzymes play in the metabolic processes of living organisms.

Introduction to Enzymology, description and molecular structure of enzymes, purification of enzymes, introduction to enzyme kinetics, control of enzyme activity, organizing system enzymes, intracellular enzymes, enzyme turnover and meaning, clinical applications of enzymology, enzyme technology and immobilized enzymes.
