Dersin Amacı
Purpose of this course is to teach the issues relative to international commerce law within the context of doctine, legislation, international agreements and how to find solutions benefiting from the courts decisions.
Dersin İçeriği
Will be lectured on financial technicals used in international commerce, mode of payment, incoterms, documents used in international commerce and the rules of INCOTERMS specified by World Trade Organization.
