Dersin Amacı
It is aimed to give necessary information about career management and training and development which are becoming more important and efficient HR functions. Also it is aimed to understand teh relationship between the functions and to gain ability of competency about applications.
Dersin İçeriği
In this course the conceptual framework, the applications and means of career management, career problems and solutions, training methods and evaluating training applications will be discussed.
