Dersin Amacı
Nowadays project design, development and implementation gained a great importance than ever before both in universities and industry. In line with this, entrepreneurship has also been drawing attention. Thus, while enhancing entrepreneurial abilities of students, their competency on project development and management should be increased too. Every entrepreneur should also be a project manager and vice versa. This course aims to upskill students both on project life cycle and entrepreneurship.

Business plan concept and components. Description, features and types of project. Project management and organization. Logical framework approach. Project life cycle, control and monitoring. Developing project budget. Project funding.
