Dersin Amacı

The aim of this course is to provide the engineering students with the knowledge of ERP software and their applications in production and service sectors.

Dersin İçeriği

In this course, the basic concepts of ERP and its components are introduced to the students and the basic modules of ERP software are discussed. By informing the students about the basic modules and their usage, the processes in the ERP from the opening of the order to the material and stock movements in the production stages, the reflection of these transactions to the money movements and sending to the customer are transferred to the students. The creation of product trees and the definition of manufacturing operations will be reinforced by sector-oriented examples.

1 What is MRP, MRPII ERP? What are the basic modules and features? The general functioning of ERP, what are the commonly used ERP programs in the current market? Why does a company need ERP software ?
3 Product tree, Variant Configuration and Operation Plans, which is the basic input of MRP / ERP software.
4 BOM and operations plans (workflow) applications. (Application examples related to 3 different sectors, BOM and operation plans to create).
5 Creating product tree and operation plans related to a sector to be determined by the students themselves, Talking about Variant configuration.
2 Explanation of the basic modules of HarmonyERP software, terms used in HarmonyERP software
6 Production planning (MPS Creation), Sales Order entry, MRP execution and MRP result list review.
7 Opening Purchase Orders on MRP outputs, Opening Normal Purchase Order, Receipt of Purchase Order (Waybill) entries, Warehouse stock reports, Purchase return process, Explaining of purchase reports.
8 Input of quality information, return-reject transactions, Purchasing input control, Supplier Evaluation.
9 Opening of manufacturing orders (work orders), Placing work orders on the plan, Entering the execution of work orders at the processing places
10 Proposal / Sales Transactions, Reservation to Customer Order, Stock Status Tracking, Shipment Order, Shipment, Sales Return, Technical Service Explained.
11 Accounting - 1, Entering Buy / Sell invoices, Invoicing from dispatch, BA-BS, Current integration transactions.
12 Muhasebe-2 , Muhasebe, Çek-Senet, Banka, Kasa modüllerinin anlatılması.
13 Explanation of formal accounting transactions.
14 Accounting reports, ledger, balance sheet, trial balance, foreign currency trial balance. Explanation of E-Government (A-Invoice and E-Ledger) transactions.
