This course aims to equip students with;

  •     management information including social, human and technical subjects
  •     project management information and applications in MS Project package program

in order to use human, machine, material and energy resources in the enterprises optimally.

Under the light of historical experiences and the methods, techniques, strategies and examples that are used for the efficient use of human resources and other resources for engineers, PMBOK based project management theory and MS Project applications.

3 Modern and Post modern management theories, system and situation approaching, style of Japanese management and Z Theory.
4 Structure of post modern industrial originations and their features, network, virtual and lean organizations, zero hierarchy, learning organizations, Benchmarking, Total quality management, Re- Engineering, Re- Organization

1 Engineering graduates with sufficient knowledge background on science and engineering subjects of their related area, and who are skillful in implementing theoretical and practical knowledge for modelling and solving engineering problems.
