-Forms of types of communication methods for the student, understanding the importance of communication inside and outside the organization to provide -Organizational and administrative functions to emphasize the importance of communication in enhancing the effectiveness. -Emphasize the importance of organizational image and reputation management, organizational communication -The student is to develop oral and written communication skills.

The purpose of organizational communication, importance and functions of organizational communication, organizational communication, functioning, formal (formal) communication, non-formal (informal) communication, vertical, horizontal, cross-communication, multi-faceted and open communication, the importance and ways of enhancing the effectiveness of organizational communication, organizational communication and ways to overcome obstacles, organizational communication and public relations issues related to the different and common aspects will be discussed.
