Special Education Policies and Regulations (Laws) course, will serve special education teachers to special needs individuals and existing national and state that what the international regulations on private education is a course that aims to provide law and the legal rights context.
Course contents international and national regulations o individuals with special needs, the importance of special education laws, constitutions, laws on special education, regulations and circulars, the development of laws and factors affecting implementation, teachers, parents, school system, and so on. roles, social and educational rights, the problems encountered in the implementation of the law, can be listed as follow-up legislation.
