Akif AKGÜL Dersin Kategorisi Dersin Amacı Giving students an understanding of low and high frequency characteristics of BJT amplifiers, BJT power amplifiers, high frequency BJT amplifiers, noise and heat problems in BJT amplifiers, design of heat sink for BJT power amplifiers, constructions and characteristics of FET and MOSFETs, biasing JFET and MOSFET circuits, small signal analysis of FET amplifiers, single and multiple stage hybrid amplifiers, and CMOS circuits. Dersin İçeriği 1. Common base, collector and emitter amplifiers. BJT high frequency model, Bode magnitude and phase plots.2. A, B, AB, C and D class power amplifiers. Heat problems of power transistors, heat sink calculations, noise, gain, efficiency calculations.3. JFET and MOSFET constructions, working principles, Enhancement and depletion type MOSFETs. CMOS constructions, JFET and MOSFET´s current and voltage characteristics.4.
