Dersin Amacı

With relevant human rights documents, structurized organs and procedures whole supra-national human rights law?s standards of human rights and freedoms are put forth.

Dersin İçeriği

Representing the individual in favor of the limitation of state power and the mechanisms that protect the individual against the abuse of this power is increasingly important in today´s preaching the concept of human rights. In fact, in almost every region of the world, our country is closely concerned and inter-governmental organizations, which are established on a global scale first and most important condition for entering.
Based on human rights law under examination, the recognition of human rights, protection, and a variety of systems aimed at improving the technical legal analysis. In this way, knowledge of applicable human rights standards, explaining the student to reach these standards is provided. In this context, Turkey is also a party at the universal level of major general and specific human rights treaties produced by the United Nations and in regional level produced by the European Council the European Convention on Human Rights and also produced by the Organization of American States, Convention on Human Rights inter- Americans and African Charter on Human and Peoples´ Rights produced by Organization of African Unity, examined in general terms. Analysis of regional and international systems in general, as well as the rights related contracts, are examined in the light of the normative elements and case law. In addition, procedural law, the size of which is key to the functioning of the mechanisms are discussed. Turkey is a party to most of these documents, the Constitution (md.90) in accordance with the documents that form part of domestic law, the national competent authorities, including the judiciary places tied to these standards, particularly by national high courts, including spaces, in general, referred to the decisions made by national courts assessed and used in the documents, taking into account lessons are taught.
