Aim of this course is to teach methods and research fields of engineering geophysics, last publications of late years in this subject.

Deal skills of application with advanced and detail information to suitable chosen for settlement, design, project and modeling in geophysics- Engineering structure (dam, port, bridge, road, railroad, nuclear power plant, metro, tunnel, pipeline…ect) and soil relation-Various physical feature of soil and rocks (seismic velocity, density, electric resistivity, magnetization, radioactivity, attenuation)- Determining of soil’s dinamic features with geophysics methods- Route and locality determination- Determining of underground gaps- Contamination and saltiness- Determination of interstitial ratio- Survey of underground Networks (PTT lines, water pipe, drainage, power line, old water pipe lines…ect)- Determination of contact zones and underground cloisters, caves - Determination of underground layers-Examining of selected samples and practices
