The aim of this lesson is: to ensure the orderliness and prosperity of society, take precations to prevent to crime and apply them , To put forward what the problems are that force the people to commit, to use rehabilitative elements to join together of guilty people with society

Definition and concepts , Convention on the Rights of Children , Declaration of Human Rights, Rights and needs of juvenile delinquents,young offenders adult criminals, Causes of criminality with relation to micro, mezzo and macro level social systems, Within generalist social work approach, intervention to juvenile delinquency, woman and adult criminality. Characteristics of juvenile justice and criminal justice systems, Juvenile justice and criminal justice systems and their relations to other systems such as welfare, education, health and social security systems.
