In particlar, using of the learned of the information in service systems, optimum demand, capacity and service waiting line capabilty and strategies with to developing of the policy and application plans. Basic of the probabilty theoru, related probability distribution functions: Expand, Posisson, Erland, arrive and service intensive degrees and possibilities. Single channel queue theory: diffential equatuion set, solution and applications, queue length in the service line and waiting time, optimum capacity and service line problems and solutions. Multi channel queue teory: diffential equatuion set, solution and applications, queue length in the service line and waiting time, optimum capacity and service line problems and solutions.
