İn today´s changing and developing global world healthcare organizations are confronted with a challenging and incresingly competetive environment. This brings a great importance to the healthcare organizations that serve to improve the health level of the society by managing the protection and the treatment of human health. healthcare organizations, which consume the scarce resources of society, are expected to generate a surplus value that is only possible by implementing advanced management skills. this needs qualified healhcare managers who cab conduct these organizations effectually and efficiently. this course will help students translate quality management theory and knowledge into practice. ıt explains the basics of performance excellence and provides a set of tools for managing healthcare quality.
