To be able to define the basic concepts of performance and performance management; to be able to perform performance measurement and evaluation in health enterprises; to evaluate performance-based wage practices in health care enterprises; to be able to evaluate current developments in performance management in health sector.

Dersin İçeriği

In this course, performance management concept and performance management models in health care enterprises will be given information with emphasis on the concept of performance management.
