To provide understanding the importance of the Labour Law To analyse the current labour law legislations To give a practical and a theorical knowledge in order to resolve the labour law dispute.

Individual Labour Law is examined in labour law.To be taughted the basic concepts of business law.Parties´ mutual rights and obligations of employers and workers are examined.
