| Dersin Amacı | Öğrencilere Afrika?da bugüne kadar ve günümüzde yaşanan gelişmeler ve ortaya çıkan sorunların temelini oluşturan tarihsel gelişmeler hakkında bilgi verilmesinin ardından, genel olarak Afrika bölgesinde ve özel olarak Afrika ülkelerinde meydana gelen siyasal gelişmeler ve nedenleri, sonuçları ve yönlendiren dinamikler bakımından incelendikten sonra, sistemde yer alan temel aktörlerin bölgeye yönelik politikası incelenecektir. Bu derste Sahra altı Afrika bölgesine odaklanılacaktır. |
| Dersin İçeriği | Dersin işlenmesi sırasında ilk olarak, Afrika bölgesinde yaşanan ve günümüzde ortaya çıkan sorunların temelini oluşturan tarihsel gelişmeler hakkında bilgi verilecektir. İkinci aşamada Afrika ülkeleri üzerinde etki etme kapasitesine sahip olan gelişmeler ile Afrika bölgesindeki potansiyel çatışma noktaları irdelenecektir. Üçüncü olarak da sorun yaşanan Afrika ülkeleri tek tek ya da soruna taraf olan ülkeler birlikte örnek olay olarak ele alınarak, bu ülkelerde konjonktürel olarak meydana gelen gelişmeler ve ülkelerin birbiri ile ilişkileri incelenecektir. Dersin işlenmesi sırasında öğrencilerin araştırma, analiz yeteneklerinin geliştirilmesi amacıyla derste işlenecek konulara ilişkin ön çalışma yapmaları sağlanacaktır. Dersin işleniş formatı dersin öğrencilerin de katılımıyla interaktif yöntemle işlenmesi ve konuya ilişkin tartışma şeklindedir. |
